Are you a talented welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We're working with a leading client in the precision sheet metal sector who is looking to add an experiencedMIG & TIG Welderto their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components.
- Perform occasional stick welding as needed for specific tasks.
- Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Use hand and power tools effectively during assembly and fabrication.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished work meets industry and client standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and improve processes.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, ideally within a production or fabrication environment.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.
- Confidence in working with sheet metal and reading technical drawings.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools; basic maths ability for measurements and adjustments.
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
