The Role:

I'm on the lookout for a strong Sous Chef to join our talented and stable kitchen team immediately. This is a 4-day week position offering an excellent work-life balance, with real responsibility and the chance to shine.

Youll be:

• Confident leading service and deputising for our brilliant Head Chef

• Passionate about flavour, finesse, and provenance

• Calm, consistent, and standards-driven

• A team player who can mentor junior chefs and inspire excellence
