About the RoleWe are seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders to join our client Brandon. In this position, you will support the Production Supervisor by overseeing a team of operators during the day shift. The role requires a hands-on approach to leading production activities, operating machinery, and ensuring that all output meets the company’s standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and coordinate a team of Operators to deliver daily production objectives.

Operate production equipment and perform regular changeovers in accordance with established procedures.

Monitor production line performance, identify any deviations, and escalate issues promptly.

Promote and enforce adherence to Health & Safety and GMP standards at all times.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including shift handovers, production data, and quality control records.

Provide training, guidance, and performance support to team members to foster continuous development.

Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring effective communication across shifts.

PM shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 6PMÂ

Additional shift options may be available based on operational requirements.

Hourly rate: £13.50 per hourÂ

Demonstrable experience within a production or machine operation environment, with previous responsibility for leading or coordinating a team.

Competence in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of Health & Safety and GMP compliance requirements.

A reliable and proactive leader who fosters teamwork and continuous improvement.
