Main Duties and Responsibilities
Working as part of the hygiene team in a busy food production environment, you will be required to do the following:
- 
Carry out daily and deep cleaning tasks in all production areas, including floors, walls, machinery, and equipment. 
- 
Follow cleaning schedules and procedures in line with hygiene standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.). 
- 
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly. 
- 
Ensure all hygiene records and checklists are completed accurately and on time. 
- 
Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness. 
- 
Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the supervisor immediately. 
- 
Adhere to all health and safety policies, including the correct use of PPE. 
- 
Dispose of waste according to factory protocols. 
- 
Carry out any other duties as required. 
Requirements:
- 
Previous experience in a hygiene, cleaning, or food production environment (preferred, but not essential) 
- 
Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures 
- 
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards 
- 
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team 
- 
Comfortable working in a food production environment 
Shift Pattern:
 20:00 – 05:00 (Night Shift)
 Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
Pay Rate:
 £13.31 per hour
