Nights: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00
Pay Rate:
- £13.50 per hour
Role Summary:
As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for following detailed recipes and procedures to manufacture cosmetic products, ensuring each batch meets the company’s rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow precise manufacturing recipes and instructions

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area

Monitor product quality and report any deviations
Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing/process-based environment preferred

Methodical thinker with strong attention to detail

Confident in reading, writing, and basic numeracy skills

Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks

Ability to work effectively in a team
