Your new roleThis is a newly created temporary Fleet Administrator role working as part of a small team and taking responsibility for managing your own workloads. Duties are varied and will include:
- Dealing with supplies on a daily basis
- Managing the team inbox
- Creating PO numbers
- Dealing with and logging machinery defects
- Office administration
- Answering incoming calls
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this temporary Fleet Administrator job, you will require a minimum of 3 years' current administration experience as well as be immediately available to start work.
- You will require a Driving Licence because this is a rural site.
- Technical administration experience required.
- Inbox management.
