Hoop Nursing and Healthcare are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker and SupportTeam Managerto manage a cluster of care services in the Brecon area.
As the Team Manager, you will be expected to be visible and engaging inservices, observing staff practices andensuring thesupportdelivered is to thehighest of standards and in line with CIW regulations.

Essential
- Must have the QCF Level 4/5 in Management, or demonstrate a willingness to work towards
- Minimum 1 years experience managing a service for individuals with complex care needs, learning disabilities and autism
- Experienced in managing a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest delivery of care
- Extensive knowledge of legislative guidelines
- Car driver with access to a vehicle
