We are seeking dedicated and experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team for temporary ad hoc shifts across a variety of children's home placements. The role involves supporting vulnerable young people in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and care for vulnerable young people.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal care.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
- Implement care plans and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Build positive relationships with young people and promote their well-being.
- Document observations and report any concerns or incidents.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with other professionals.
Shift patterns vary, from afternoons, mornings - both can be rolled up into long days if available.
Requirements- Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Business Insurance: Must have business insurance added to vehicle policy.
- Enhanced DBS: Must possess an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Restraint Training: Must be restraint trained or wiling to undertake a course provided by Randstad.
- Social Care Wales Registration: Must be registered with Social Care Wales.
- Residential Experience: Essential residential experience supporting vulnerable young people.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different placements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
