We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our team in Brentford. This role involves primarily working on non-client audits, offering a unique opportunity to focus on internal processes and contribute to the enhancement of our operational standards.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct detailed audits on internal projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes and systems, providing audit feedback and recommendations.
- Develop and implement audit plans and checklists, adapting them as necessary to meet changing needs and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest auditing standards and regulations to ensure all audits are compliant.
- Assist in the training and development of junior audit staff.
- Proven experience as an Audit Senior or similar role.
- Strong understanding of auditing techniques and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with different teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
