Site Manager/Engineer
We are currently recruiting for a site engineer who can manage remedial works as well as external landscaping of the project at Brentford. The successful candidate will be interviewed immediately.
As the Site manager & engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Accurate setting out/surveying of landscaping
* Conduct quality control checks and build records
* Assist with completion of remedial/ snagging works.
Requirements:
To be successful in this Site Manager & Engineer role, you need to be:
* CSCS card is required
* Previously worked as a Site Engineer who manage a site.
* Experienced in RC work and Ground work- min 3years UK experience.
* As a Site Manager & Engineer, you must be proficiency with most surveying instruments, be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
Please note rates for this position isopen for negotiations depends on the experience.
