Job role: Fire Risk Assessor
Package: £40,000-£44,000, full time, company car, fuel card, tools provided
Location: West London and M4 corridor
Are you a seasoned Fire Risk Assessor seeking a rewarding position within a dynamic and professional organisation?
We have an excellent opening for an individual to conduct fire risk assessments across a diverse portfolio of properties, spanning industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and residential complexes all within the West London area and along M4 corridor.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing in-depth fire risk assessments on a variety of premises.
- Utilising a mobile digital platform (compatible with tablets and smart phones) for efficient on-site documentation of assessments.
- Collaborating closely with our dedicated administrative support team to facilitate seamless report finalisation.
- Undertaking travel along the M4 corridor, with occasional overnight stays, all costs covered.
- Serving as a professional representative of the company during all client interactions and site visits.
Essential Qualifications and experience:
- Hold a full NEBOSH Fire Certificate or an equivalent recognised qualification in fire safety.
- Minimum Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor
- 3 year history of generating comprehensive and high-standard Fire Risk Assessment reports.
- Possession of a valid full UK driving licence.
- Substantial experience in conducting fire risk assessments across a variety of property categories.
Desirable Assets:
- Health and Safety qualifications would be advantageous.

- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a larger team structure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
