We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline daily administrative processes to ensure smooth business operations.
- Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring clear communication.
- Use Excel to create reports, track data, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle general admin duties such as filing, scheduling, organising meetings, and diary management.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and records.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and supplier communication.
- Coordinate projects across teams to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively.
- Resolve administrative issues and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
Person / Experience Required
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with diary management and managing schedules.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with administrative software (e.g., CRM, ERP) is a plus.
