Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a huge household name who are currently seeking a Occupational Health Nurse to join their supportive, multidisciplinary Occupational Health team. Reporting to the Medical Director/Head of Group OH, you will play a key role in delivering daily clinics and providing expert health advice across a diverse business environment.
Key Duties:
- Conduct occupational health consultations on fitness for work, absence management, and workplace adjustments
- Deliver health surveillance programmes and statutory assessments
- Participate in clinical governance and service quality initiatives
- Hand on role writing in depth OH reports
Experience:
- NMC registered nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health
- Demonstrated experience in OH clinic delivery and management referrals
- Confident in independently managing clinical cases
- Comfortable working to performance targets and timelines
