?? Candidate profile:

  • 2:1 degree or higher
  • 1+ year in sales or recruitment
  • Understanding of the UK education system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, presentable, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Ambitious, empathetic, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm, and 8am to 5.30pm on an alternating basis through the week. School holiday hours will be 9am to 4pm

This is a hybrid role – 2 days at home, 3 days in the office
