Architect

Our client, a well established practice in Essex is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of diverse projects across the hospitality, retail and residential sectors working from initial concept through to completion.

You will be joining a forward thinking firm with a strong reputation for delivering high quality creative solutions. The role offers autonomy, variety and the chance to work on both national brand developments and bespoke builds.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading architectural projects from inception to completion
• Meeting with clients and stakeholders to define project briefs
• Presenting and designing proposals and technical drawings
• Managing time-lines and budgets
• Overseeing construction phases.

To be considered for this role you will need to be ARB registered and RIBA qualified with a minimum of 7 years combined academic and practical experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, RNET, MSproject and Microsoft Office.
