Key Responsibilities
- Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery
- Produce technical and 3D drawings for planning applications
- Prepare detailed technical packages for Building Regulations approval
- Coordinate information with external consultants and stakeholders
- Support the delivery of multiple projects concurrently
- Assist with project administration and general studio duties
- Represent the practice at networking and industry events as required
Candidate Requirements
- ARB registered
- Experience working in a UK based practice
- Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a car
- Experience working on UK residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with familiarity in 3D software such as SketchUp or equivalent
- Good understanding of the UK planning process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
