The Job Role
- Operations Support Manager.
- To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience across multiple sites.
- The Operations Support Manager will support the operations manager with staff training, compliance audits, mobilisations, relaunches, marketing and brand standards.
- The Operations Support Manager with assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR processes.
- The Operations Support Manager will report to the operations manager.
The Requirements
- A strong individual from a quality led multi-site and/or multi outlet catering operation.
- Experience within contract catering is desirable.
- A clear communicator who can can liaise with clients.
- Background as a support manager or multisite general manager is ideal.
- A diligent self-starter with a passion for people development.
- Tech savvy and comfortable using computing applications.
