Service Manager/Coordinator £35000 - £42,000 + Specialist Training + Progression + Benefits + Mon-FriCommutable from Romford, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Basildon, Dartford, and surrounding areasAre you a service manager/coordinator from an industrial, manufacturing, heavy equipment, or logistics background, looking for a role where you can shape engineering standards, drive improvement, and take ownership of high-value operational assets?On offer is a unique opportunity to become the key technical point of contact for the company's Worldwide Bagging operations, where you'll oversee asset management, develop maintenance strategies, and support engineering projects from design through to implementation.The company are a global leader in the design, manufacture, and operation of material handling and bagging equipment. With a strong reputation for innovation and quality, they work across ports, terminals, and other complex operational environments, delivering engineering excellence and continuous improvement.This varied Monday to Friday role will be based from the company's modern offices. You will take ownership of the company's CMMS system, set and maintain engineering standards, carry out equipment inspections, and provide technical and project support to operational sites.This role would suit a technically strong service manager/coordinator with experience in asset management, maintenance planning, or engineering projects whether from manufacturing, heavy plant, defence, logistics, or related industries.The Role:

• Act as the primary Point of Contact for engineering & operations
• Oversee asset management and maintenance standards across multiple sites
• Conduct inspections, analyse performance data, and recommend improvements

The Person:

• Engineering background/ strong asset management/maintenance planning experience in a technical setting
• Comfortable with CMMS systems and asset lifecycle management
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, heavy equipment, logistics, defence, or similar operational environments
