Our client is a poplar Gastro Pub, serving some of the county鈥檚 finest food, and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for their busy venue. Their kitchen is led by a talented and creative Head Chef, and they currently hold accolades for their high end cuisine. They require a Chef de Partie who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn, and as Chef de Partie you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures, and modern cooking techniques.

The ideal Chef de Partie will:

路 The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination

路 Have previous Rosette experience

路 Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge

路 Be competent in all sections of the kitchen

These premises are easily accessible by Chelmsford, Ongar and Brentwood Areas. A Car driver is preferred due to location.
