Oversee pricing adequacy, performance metrics, and rating actions.
Monitor market trends impacting pricing and underwriting.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.

What You’ll Bring

Fully/part-qualified Actuary, or degree in Maths/Statistics with relevant experience.
Strong background in insurance pricing, GLMs, and modelling techniques.
Experience managing pricing and portfolio analysts.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
