We’re working with a nursery who have a warm, supportive, and long-standing team of childcare professionals and they're now looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join them.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Delivering high-quality care in a stimulating environment
- Planning and implementing engaging activities to encourage growth and curiosity
- Safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare at all times
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing updates with senior staff
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting
- Knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A warm, caring, and creative approach to working with young children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- SEN or Behaviour Management training
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
