The Role:
- Upper KS2 Teacher (Year 5 or Year 6)
- September 2025
- Full-Time, Permanent
- Thurrock, Essex
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in Upper Key Stage 2
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to ensure every child thrives
- Create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values and ethos
- Work closely with colleagues to plan and share best practice
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has proven experience teaching in KS2, ideally in Years 5 or 6
- Demonstrates high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Has a genuine passion for teaching and helping pupils reach their potential
