Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking to drive a positive safety culture in a growing engineering consultancy? We are looking for a proactive and hands-on professional to take ownership of health & safety across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, investigating incidents, and supporting management.
The Role:-
Covering Essex, Kent, London, and Norfolk with nationwide travel.

Split between office/workshop (West Horndon, Essex) and on-site visits.

Standard 40-hour workweek, with overtime opportunities (£5-10k extra).

Supporting management with HSE policies and compliance.

Leading incident investigations and implementing improvements.

Running HAZOP meetings and reviewing H&S documentation for large projects.
? Overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays/Saturdays, 2x Sundays? Company van & fuel card (business use only)? Funded training & career development? Tablet, PPE, and upcoming healthcare benefits? Work-away allowance (£50 per night) & company-booked hotels? 25 days holiday + bank holidays
What You Need:? NEBOSH Qualification (or equivalent)? Proven HSE management experience? Heavy industry background ? Full UK driving license (clean as possible)
