Requirements:
It is essential that you are dedicated and passionate about hospitality. They will need you to love what you do, looking to inspire and be inspired and enjoy making your guests smile. You need to have previously held the role of Assistant General Manager or General before in a comparable Restaurant or Bar. A strong financial understanding will be needed and a clear focus on what you want from your future in hospitality. Very guest focused and people orientated
