IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team of technology professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a senior-level IT support background with experience in Microsoft upgrade and migration projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects and delivering technical solutions that align with our clients' business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these baselines.
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members and vendors.
• Manage project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with experience in Microsoft upgrade and migration projects.
• Excellent technical skills with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, VMware.
• Solid IT Support with commercial 3rd line experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project milestones.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Any project management and/or infrastructure qualifications would be beneficial.
