Transport Manager required to work night shift. Days and hours of work can be either, Sunday - Thursday, or Monday - Friday, 5pm - 2am or 6pm - 3am. Salary is up to £45,000 depending on experience.
Duties:
- Line manage two supervisors
- Ensuring full support for drivers, confirming and monitoring movements
- Responsible for esclations and emergencies during shift
- Log arrival times and other data onto Excel
- Calculate and log company vehicle mileage
- Assist drivers with any logistical issues
- Raise subcontractor requests for breakdowns
The candidate will be forward thinking, reliable and a natural communicator.

Experience:
- Management experience
- CPC qualifaction is beneficial
- Some form of transport, driving, logisticalmanagement experience is required
- Experience dealing with vehicle breakdowns is advantageous
- Good computer skills
