  • Oversee all administrative activities within the lettings department.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from landlords and tenants, offering updates and solutions or redirecting as needed.
  • Manage compliance checks and associated documentation.
  • Support lettings consultants with telephone-based tasks and general administrative duties.
Essential Requirements:
  • Solid experience within Residential Lettings, either current or previous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and professional.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Basic salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonuses.
  • Realistic OTE: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
