A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its South-East team by recruiting an experienced Remedial Plumber to support a portfolio of high-profile commercial clients across London and Essex. Additional sites may include retail developments, high-rise properties, and healthcare facilities.
Experience summary
- Over 4+ years of experience operating as a remedial plumber or commercial plumber, delivering planned maintenance, reactive and modifications/upgrades
- Possess industry-recognised credentials, including a Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
- Full UK driving licence holder (Manual or Automatic)
- Willing and available to take on overtime when necessary
- Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities is an added advantage.
The Remedial Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
- Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks on commercial sites, including the removal of deadlegs, installation of sampling points, pipe modifications and maintenance duties.
- Keeping site documentation up to date in accordance with project schedules and health and safety requirements.
- Performing selected water hygiene duties such as mains system disinfections, TMV servicing, and routine sampling
- Providing clients with guidance and recommendations for any additional work required.
