Outisde IR35We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver post-merger and acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives across our organisation.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management of M&A integration workstreams, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain integration roadmaps, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with senior exec leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations) to align priorities and resolve risks/issues.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Budget management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimise disruption to business operations.
  • Drive best practice integration methodologies and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in M&A integration (essential).
  • Strong background in managing complex, multi-workstream programmes with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles in M&A contexts.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) desirable.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a solution-focused mindset.
