Role Description: A skilled and motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial management of M&E projects of up to £1M from inception to completion. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs on all M&E projects, including cost value analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare subcontract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Advise on procurement strategies and manage the procurement of subcontractors.
  • Perform risk and value management and cost control.
  • Price variations and obtain agreement with clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
