Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, valuations, change control, and final accounts.
  • Ensure precise cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to process enhancement and commercial best practices.
  • Support compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in the construction industry, preferably in Passive Fire Protection. Candidates with an M&E or drylining background will also be considered.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, particularly NEC and JCT.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
