Dealing with subcontractors, pricing up brickwork packages Assist in preparing, submitting, and agreeing on valuations and variations

Communicate with subcontractors regarding pricing, rates, and financial agreements

Raise and process payment applications and invoices for subcontractors and suppliers

Monitor and manage procurement of materials and site stock levels

Support cost reporting and forecasting activities

Help manage subcontractor applications and payments in line with contract terms

Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Coordinate with internal departments and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery
