I am currently recruiting for an Trainee / Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in Essex to work on a mixture of external commercial, education and residential projects within London and the home counties.
Key duties will be - assisting with - sub contractor procurement, sub-contractor payments, producing CVR's, cost forecasting and helping achieve final account on projects. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Framework Manager.
