An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Branch Coordinator to join our established Lettings team in Brentwood. As one of our most successful branches, we require a proactive, versatile professional to manage varied responsibilities. This role is ideal for an experienced Residential Lettings Consultant, Administrator, or Property Manager seeking to broaden their expertise while enjoying a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Coordination: Oversee administrative activities to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Client Communication: Handle enquiries from landlords and tenants, providing updates, solutions, and referrals.
- Lettings Support: Conduct essential lettings consultant duties, primarily via telephone.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage compliance checks and associated administrative processes.
Essential Requirements
- Industry Experience: Solid background in Residential Lettings is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
- Organisational Strength: Highly efficient, confident, and proactive in managing responsibilities.
- Technical Competency: Proficient in computer systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
