Corporate Receptionist£12.50 - £15.50 p/hBrentwood ( Just outside )Fixed Term Contract ( 3 - 6 months)Fulltime Hours, Monday - Friday OverviewAssure Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist on behalf of our client, a leading Independent Financial Advisers firm, based on the outskirts of Brentwood. The ideal candidate will be employed under a 3-6 month contract and will be highly organised, proactive, and able to greet clients and answer enquiries in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar position within a corporate environment. Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 30 minute unpaid lunch break daily ( 37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of the office
  • Greeting client walk ins and providing relevant assistance
  • Greeting clients coming in for appointments with Advisers and providing refreshments
  • Answering all incoming calls for the whole Hub and handling appropriately
  • Scanning of documentation
  • Opening and sending of mail for the office
  • Ensuring the office has adequate consumable supplies as required

Criteria

  • Proven experience working within a similar role in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in providing administrative tasks with a focus on organisation.
  • Professional phone etiquette to represent the company positively in all communications
