- Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and relationship building
- Manage existing client accounts and develop long-term partnerships
- Take detailed job briefs and communicate effectively with the resourcing team
- Liaise with clients throughout the hiring process, providing advice and support
- Negotiate terms of business and offers
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and billing targets
- Maintain accurate client and vacancy records using the CRM system
- Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or a similar client-facing role
- Confident and proactive communicator, especially over the phone
- Commercially savvy and target-driven
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong professional relationships
