Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, customer-focused professional with experience in sales, account management, or business development who wants to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll play a key part in building strong client relationships, driving new business across Europe, and contributing to the company's continued growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, responding promptly to client enquiries.

  • Proactively generate new leads and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships to maximise business opportunities.

  • Lead pricing discussions and confidently handle negotiation processes.

  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into successful sales.

  • Coordinate with internal departments - including Finance, Logistics, and Project Management - to ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation through to invoicing and after-sales support.

  • Attend occasional industry exhibitions and trade shows across Europe to promote services.



Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer service.

  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented approach with strong relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels.

  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Collaborative mindset and a strong team player.

  • Familiar with LinkedIn and CRM systems for lead generation and client management.

  • Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous but not essential.
