Caretaker Opportunity - Primary School in Bridgend

Academics are working with a friendly Primary school in Bridgend who are looking for a dedicated caretaker to join their team. This role is due to start immediately and will run throughout the academic year, with the potential to extend into the following year on a longer-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across school buildings and grounds

• Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance

• Report any issues or damage to school management

• Oversee site security, including locking/unlocking and alarm checks

• Support the school with waste management, recycling, and outdoor upkeep in Bridgend
