- 2+ years of B2B or direct sales experience
- Experience in either Manufacturing, Metals, Fabrication, Construction will be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident dealing with decision-makers
- Computer literate with excellent time management skills
