We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching assistant to work in Bridgend. You should have a minimum of great practical experience in a school setting with pupils or hold teaching assistant qualifications.

The role is looking to start ASAP and run until the end of the Academic year. There will be an option for extension performance depending and if the school thinks you're doing a great job you will be placed in the role from the start of the next academic year in September!

Expectations of a Teaching assistant in Bridgend:
You will be expected to aid the class teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons and help with the classroom management duties.
Being comfortable in 1 to 1 situations as well as taking small groups of pupils by yourself is also essential.
You will need to provide documents that prove you have the right to work in the UK. Holding an enhanced DBS and being registered to the EWC is also critical to get you out working in schools!
We will also need to get two recent and professional references from your last 2 years of employment.
