Location: Bridgend County
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary, until 31 October 2025
Hourly rate: £12.65
Manpower UK is recruiting Seasonal Grass Cutting Maintenance Operatives on behalf of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and border maintenance
- Leaf clearance, spraying, and litter picking
- Use of hand tools and powered horticultural machinery
- Operating various vehicles and equipment in line with health and safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this role due to the use of company vehicles
- Previous grounds maintenance experience
- PAI & PA6 spraying licenses are a bonus
- Experience using handheld machinery, including ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimmers, and blowers
