Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, high-quality private housing development. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering homes to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme.

You will play a key role in managing site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring that each unit is delivered on time and to an exceptional finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a large residential housing scheme

• Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards

• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across site

• Coordinate subcontractors and materials to meet build schedules

• Carry out quality inspections and snagging to ensure exceptional finishes

• Liaise closely with contracts managers, commercial teams, and senior management

• Manage handovers and ensure customer satisfaction on completed units

• Maintain accurate site records and reports

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale private housing developments

• Strong track record of delivering fast-paced residential projects to high standards

Qualifications (Preferred)

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

• Relevant residential site management experience

• Experience leading sections or phases of large scale residential developments
