£42,000 - £44,000 + Bonus + Van

Are you a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a Monday-Friday role with excellent pay, benefits, and plenty of overtime opportunities?

Salary: £42,000 - £44,000Bonus: Up to £5,000 annually (50% KPI based – last year, 80% of engineers received the full amount!)Company Van + Fuel Card (for both personal and business use)Overtime: Paid at time and a halfHolidays: 33 days (including bank holidays)

Monday - Friday? 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

You’ll be responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance of heavy industrial machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Equipment You’ll Work On:

• Pumps, valves, screws, gearboxes, hammermills, macerators, heat exchangers

• Heavy plant mechanical components

? Fault Breakdown:

• 70% Mechanical: Bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics

• 30% Electrical: Motors, sensors, drives, contactors

? Proven experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting? Knowledge of electrical components (motors, sensors, drives)? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently? Full UK driving licence
