Project Manager

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team based in Pencoed, working on a hybrid basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality projects on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on client satisfaction. You'll play a pivotal role in the successful liquidation of assets while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end projects and provide vital support to Account Leaders with scheduling, data analysis, reporting, and logistics. It's the perfect fit for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working across departments and developing strong client relationships.

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet project deliverables.
• Track project milestones and progress, addressing any delays or challenges proactively.
• Support fellow Project Managers and cover responsibilities when required.
• Assist Account Leaders with reporting, presentations, and general administrative support.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Oversee and coordinate logistics as necessary.
• Approach challenges with a solutions-focused, resilient attitude.

• Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with excellent planning and multitasking skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive approach.
• Multilingual skills desirable - especially French.
• Strong IT literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

• Competitive salary of 37,000 - 38,000 per annum.
