Quantity Surveyor

Involve Recruitment are working with a well-established refurbishment specialist contractor based in Bridgend, seeking an experiencedQuantity Surveyorto join our clients dynamic & exciting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial refurbishment projects across South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

• Managing subcontractor packages and procurement

• Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance

• Conducting site visits and liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams

• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual obligations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a QS role, ideally within the refurbishment or fit-out sector

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
