The Refuge Support Worker in Bridgend role lets you support women and children at a crucial moment in their lives.
In this role you will
- Welcome women and children into refuge
- Provide 1:1 emotional and practical support
- Complete risk and safety plans
- Run small group activities and house meetings
- Support women through safeguarding and legal processes
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming refuge
- Help women move into long-term housing
