This role involves supporting an individual who needs assistance travelling to a mosque. The candidate will need to speak either Sylheti or Bangla.

- Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service)
- Have prior experience in residential care, supported living, or domiciliary care
- Possess relevant healthcare certifications
