The Company:ER Recruitment is excited to be partnering exclusively with a leading manufacturer in the fenestration industry. With a strong market presence and a focus on growth, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - New Build to join their dynamic team. This role will be integral to driving new business across the Midlands and the North, focusing on securing new projects and partnerships with regional and national housebuilders.
Role & Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager - New Build:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the New Build residential construction sector

Lead the sales efforts for the company’s full portfolio of fenestration products, including uPVC and aluminium solutions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with housebuilders, developers, and contractors to ensure a continuous stream of business

Work closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure tenders are accurate, timely, and competitive

Follow up on submitted tenders to maximise order conversion and drive sales growth

Regularly update the CRM with pipeline activity and sales performance, ensuring accurate reporting of KPIs

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build the brand and secure long-term partnerships
About You as the Regional Sales Manager - New Build:

Experience in fenestration or construction sales, with a strong knowledge of the New Build housing market

A proven track record of securing new business and building lasting client relationships
-
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to close sales and drive revenue
-
Familiarity with the full sales cycle, including tendering processes and product specifications
-
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently across a wide geographic area

Competent in using CRM systems and providing accurate sales performance reporting
