Security & Safety Products and Solutionsc. £100k + Car Allowance & Executive Benefits Package Based: West MidlandsThe RoleCritical to the continued success of our client business in the UK will be the appointment of a high calibre and entrepreneurial Sales Director or Managing Director to lead them through a period of growth, change and opportunity. Reporting directly to the CEO based in Europe, your key responsibility will be:

  • To lead the implementation of the commercial strategy, in line with the Group's vision to exceed customer expectations in terms of sales, profit and new business
  • To play a key role in influencing and negotiating with demanding and challenging stakeholders within Blue-Chip key accounts within a variety of regulated sectors. (e.g. Chemical, Construction, Infrastructure or Rail)
  • Providing decisive and highly visible leadership, you will be tasked with implementing strategies to transform the business and improve its performance across all product ranges
  • To provide pro-active expertise, advice and governance on all New Bids, Tenders and Framework agreements

Your profileA professionally qualified Engineer, with extensive experience of highly regulated environments. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Commercial management of framework agreements and leading the commercial review process
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new accounts/markets
  • Possess a strong financial acumen and experience in working to challenging but realistic sales targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of quickly building credibility both internally and externally
