The company is focused on the delivery of interior construction projects across sectors such as corporate offices, higher education, science and technology, and healthcare. Your new roleThis Construction Manager in a leading commercial fitout environment is responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of fitout projects. You will have a deep understanding of fast-paced, design-led environments and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining operational excellence on site. You must combine technical expertise with strong leadership and commercial awareness and excel in managing fast-paced, high-spec projects, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence. What you'll need to succeed

  • Deep understanding of Cat A and Cat B fitouts, including sequencing, finishes, and services integration
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations, CDM 2015, and health & safety legislation
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering defect-free projects
  • Experience leading diverse trade teams and holding them accountable to programme and quality
  • Understanding of project budgets, value engineering, and variation control
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing site conditions
